we have no profit to report for the fiscal year- 1973- , nor do we anticipate
any profits for the fiscal year 1974, we are required to make a deposit on
State Taxes of at least $200 on or before the 15th of the 4th month of the
current fiscal year.

	Enclosed is our check for $200.  As we do not have any forms for either
reporting our earnings and  business for either 1973 or 1974, please send us
all the proper forms and instructions for Corporate Tax returns for 1973 and
1974 prepayments.
